Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark was founded in May 1999 in Jacksonville, and merged with another company in Ormond Beach in April 2007, establishing a second office there.  We have a regional footprint covering Northeast Florida along the I-95 corridor from Daytona Beach to the Florida-Georgia border.  When we add our strong global affiliate network, we can provide the utmost service to all of our clients.
